In 1994, Central Valley Dental Partners (CVDP) contracted with PESC for management services, formed a dental IPA, and launched a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) network. The dentists who founded CVDP were committed to delivering quality, affordable dental care. CVDP’s dental PPO network has grown to become the largest independently owned PPO panel in the San Joaquin Valley.

In 1996, Central Coast Dental Associates (CCDA) retained PESC to form a dental IPA and launch a PPO network. CCDA’s dental PPO network continues to grow and is one of the largest privately owned PPO panels covering Monterey to the Bay Area. Currently: Pesc-Administrators - Central Coast.

In 1998, Mid Coast Dental Associates (MCDA) retained PESC to form a dental IPA and launch a PPO network covering Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties. Currently: Pesc-Administrators - Mid-Coast.

In 1997, PESC launched PESC Administrators to provide dental claims repricing and third party administration. PESC Administrators now provides full-service benefit administration, claims processing and repricing, utilization review, PPO network development, and dental cost containment programs.
